Taylor Kennedy

From a young age I was always one of the smallest in my class — no real muscle, no natural strength. Just a skinny kid who wanted to feel more confident in himself. Around 15/16, I remember looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw. I had that “skinny-fat” look — no size, no definition — and that’s what pushed me to start going to the gym.

By 17/18 I’d made progress through consistent training, but my diet and structure were still off. It wasn’t until I got my first coach that everything changed. I learned how to train properly, eat properly, and finally had the tools to build the physique I always wanted. While working a full-time job I hated, I realised the only thing I truly enjoyed was the gym — so I took a risk, quit my job, studied personal training, and worked night shifts to make it happen.

What brings me passion now is helping guys 20-35 who were once in the same position as me — skinny, lacking confidence, and unsure where to start — transform their body, mindset and routine to build the physique they’ve always wanted, with the right guidance and support.

A weekly check-in where we’ll go over how the week went and place goals to hit over the coming week. Setting these weekly goals will drive you to SUCCESS.

A training plan that meets you where ever you are whether you're experienced or not in the gym. If you want a plan for Football, Rugby, Boxing, Golf the list goes on. Whatever you want to improve in I can tailor a plan to best suit YOU.

Setting daily habits whether that be to drink more water, log your food or read a book. These daily habit play a massive role in getting you to the desired place you want to be mentally and physically.
